Welcome to the 3rd NICE festival
NICE is a Nordic arts festival taking place in Manchester and the North West UK, and aims to present the best in collaborative works between the UK and the Nordic countries. Participants are coming to Manchester from NORWAY, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
NICE offers a programme of events between the 18th November to 02nd of December with satellite events happening throughout the year.
NICE is now in its third year celebrating the links between the Nordic Countries and the North West of England.
This year again we bring to you some of the most exciting talent in Design-Music-Literature-Food-Fine Art and Film
We are very pleased to have partnered with all the best organisations here in Manchester for this year activities including Whitworth Art Gallery-RNCM- Cube Gallery, Royal Exchange, Contact Theatre and Chetham School.
As a festival it is very important to us to encourage exchange and collaboration between the Nordic Countries and the North West, and we believe we have started some very interesting connections between all these countries.
